West Central Community Action Outreach Offices provide client intake, needs assessment, referrals, and coordination with other community resources. Each outreach office has a certified Family Development Specialist are occasionally assisted by an administrative assistant and community volunteers. Outreach staff works closely with local organizations to ensure non-duplication of services and to maximize resources for resolving local poverty issues.

Outreach staff strives to assist low-income families in becoming self-sufficient. A wide variety of programs, services and referrals reflect this accomplishment.
